These were great! I followed the alterations by reviewer KJABER. The only changes I made to her review was that I marinated the pork chops for about 5 hours in apple juice and soy sauce, and pan seared them before baking. The whole family enjoyed dinner tonight, thanks!!!

Wow!!! I made these last night for a party today. I had to go back to the store and get more of everything because our sample session last night emptied the plate. They were a hit with everyone young and old. The only change I made- I used only half a package of the ranch mix. These came a perfectly delicious. Thanks for sharing!!!

We all really liked this. The only changes I made were: I blended the tomatoes first, hubby doesn't care for tomatoes), I added a little milk to the meatballs as others suggested, and I put the meatballs and basil in for an hour to simmer just to be sure it was cooked through. Will defiantly make this again. thanks for the recipe.
