Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

This was really good. I used a bonless breast. I made this for a work "thanksgiving" lunch. I did add some onions and celery to the slow cooker and some poultry seasoning to the turkey. Also added a can of stock to the bottom of the crock. Suprisingly delicious!

Pork Roast with Tangy Sauce

This was really wonderful! The only thing I did differently was to decrease the ketchup to 3/4 of a cup as others suggested. Will definitely make this again, very good!

Buffalo Chicken Chili

This was great chili! I used chipolte chili powder and it came out smoking hot! Next time I might tone that down a little bit. I used about a cup of Frank's and a few more shakes on the top at the end. I also subbed one can of diced toms for one of the cans of tom sauce because of what i had on hand. Will make this again! Thanks

Grilled Potatoes and Onion

Made this tonight and it was really tasty. I added some fresh garlic because we love it and it was great. I did have some problems with the potatoes sticking to the tin foil though. Maybe next time I'll try to coat it with something.

Day Before Mashed Potatoes
