Firehouse Machaca Taco Filling
I have been making this recipe for years. I use a pound of green chilies instead of adding the green pepper, add a packet of onion soup, leave out the water and let it cook all day in a slow cooker. We eat it as a fiiling for flour tortilla's. It's just wonderful!

Christmas Cheese Cake
I made this cheesecake for friends and it was sooooo good. My friend remarked that it was "too good". A wonderful cheesecake and one that I will definitely make again.

Pepperoncini Beef
I have made this numerous times, but I actually prefer it made with pork. I used a pork shoulder roast the first time because that's what I had on hand. It was delicious. I tried the beef next, but have made it with the pork since.
