I moved to Denver from Michigan about 7 and one half years ago. I am an accountant and while working full-time, I am also studying for the next portion of the CPA exam. I absolutely LOVE to cook and entertain guests, family, and friends in my home. Allrecipes is my favorite site and one of the best resources I have in the kitchen. I love to try new recipes daily and enjoy cooking anything. I read recipes and cookbooks until something catches my eye and appetite and then I have to make the recipe. I love to cook all different kinds of foods, from simple casseroles to more intense and time taking dishes. I started baking when I was very young and then moved to cooking. I love to cook breakfast on the weekends and all kinds of goodies around the holidays. Anytime a recipe turns out and people enjoy eating what I made, I would have to call that a triumph! I made a lasagna noodle casserole using the no-boil noodles and the noodles did not get soft at all after a long time in the oven. We had to scrape off the sauce and eat without the noodles.
