I am a re-married widow and student with 2 school aged children. Love having a large family and stay at home to take care of everyone! Large dinners with plenty of left-overs (who wants to cook EVERY night?!), holiday meals, appetizers for large parties or small get-togethers, and of course, desserts. I am the only one that really cooks, and I enjoy preparing the same dishes that everyone looks for every holiday. Holiday dinner for all of my girlfriends right before each Christmas, large parties for 50+ people, showing my husband what I can do - I told him before he married me that I couldn't cook! ;o) A volcano cake for my daughter's luau birthday party - UGLY, but delish!
