Butterscotch Oatmeal
Very good! The first time I made this I didn’t have any brown sugar, I used white sugar with a glob of molasses. I like to add Penzeys Extra Fancy Cassia Cinnamon, and a little vanilla; it tastes like your eating a Cinnabon!

Garlic Butter
I was looking for a roasted garlic butter, couldn't find one so I adjusted this one. It was amazing! Here's what I did. I used a head of roasted garlic instead of 2 cloves fresh and also added 1 t juice from a jar of garlic. O MY! Will make again and again!!!!!!!! Not something you want to make on a first date though.
