Self-Filled Cupcakes I
I kept the recipe similar reducing the sugar to 1/3 c., a dash of salt, and less chocolate chips. I have made them twice so far and they have been a big hit. This time, however, with the extra filling I made cupcakes (just added crushed graham crackers with butter mixed to the bottom of the cupcake tin. Wow! Really good.

Blueberry Scones
Very, very good! Picked blueberries with my daughter at a farm and found this recipe. It is terrific. I sprinkled the top with sugar/cinnamon before baking. A keeper for sure.

Liz's Astounding Chocolate Chip Cookies
This was the first item I ever made and learned in junior high school (back in 1972). It is much better if you use butter crisco, use whole chuck chips, some whole nuts, and you must sift! The key is to not use a blender when adding the dry ingredients. Use a wooden spoon. They are great and beautiful!
