Mini Cheesecakes I
These are so yummy!!!! The only thing like others have said the amount of vanilla wafers is to much, I think I may only used 1/3 of the box. Also, make sure you chill for a while, they don't come off the paper very well unless chilled.

Stuffed Pepper Soup I
This is the best soup that I have ever made. My husband ate about 4-5 bowls the first night. He is requesting that I make it for a family get together. Thank you for this wonderful recipe.
