Avocado Soup with Chicken and Lime

Next time I would use less onion. The jalapenos I had were very large, so I only used two.

All American Apple Pie

Very good. I used five large Fuji apples, but should have used 6 as the recipe called for. My pie also needed to be baked for an hour. After 45 minutes it wasn't quite done.

Bean & Pasta Soup

This soup was a little too heavy on the tomatoes. It could have used more beans, vegetables, meat and pasta.
