People request them all the time and I refused to make them because there just wasn't a cookie that made me say "wow." But I found it. I really liked this cookie! No wasted calories for once.

Marvelous!! Please don't use storebought toffee. Use "best toffee ever - super easy" from this site. It's amazing too, add extra!

Mom's Buttercream Frosting

I don't know what went wrong, I followed the recipe exactly. The milk/flour mixture hardened in the fridge to where it was like jelly trying to mix it in again. The end product had chunks I couldn't get rid of. I was very sad because I needed it for my cake decorating class.

Double Chocolate Biscotti

Very easy and quick compared to normal biscotti recipes. The only minor complaint I have is that when I turned the biscotti on the trays, they crumbled. Despite of that, they are DELICIOUS!

Fruity Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Normally I have trouble finding meat recipes because they are all too hard to chew or have no flavor. But this one has both. The flavor was so good and soaked inside the pork and easy to eat. Although, I used a crock pot. I don't know how different that could have made it.

Mandarin Orange Cake I

I made this today for my 3-year-old cousins birthday party. Everybody (adults) loved it! I personally didn't care too much for it, because I was imagining it to be more like angel food cake. But this was yellow cake, duh, so of course it wouldn't taste like angel cake. But everybody loved it, and I liked it, so I'm still giving it 5 stars!

Holiday Peppermint Bark

Very good. But I put in peppermint extract like previous reviews stated, and I don't think I should have done that. It gave it too strong of a peppermint taste and made the bark smell too much like alcohol. Next time, I'm just using chocolate and candy.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IV

Best oatmeal cookie I've ever had! I've been trying to find a recipe that is different from the others. This one just has a certain amazing spice to it. Like I read in previous reviews, I put my dough in the freezer to harden and make easier for spooning on baking sheets.
