Thai Peanut Chicken
This was just okay. i found the peanut butter sauce to be a bit dry, i think i can find better recipes on the site.

Absolutely Best Brownies
Maybe i made a mistake in baking these brownies... i thought i followed the recipe exactly but these were not the best brownies at all. Dry and overly cakey. I will not be making this one again.

Trinidad Stewed Chicken
One of the best things i have ever made! I too substituted a whole can of coconut milk for the water.
