Absolutely fantastic turkey recipe! The most juicy & flavorful turkey any of us has ever tasted - BY FAR!
I added rubbed sage to the seasoned salt on the skin to accent the rosemary/sage flavored stuffing. Also, I injected the turkey with a melted butter/chicken bullion mixture which made the turkey stunningly juicy. Turkey was cooked in roaster pan with tented foil (no rack). Foil was removed the last 45-60 minutes for browning. Also, remember to let turkey cool for 30 minutes before carving to let juices settle in meat.
