Thanks for the recipe, it was soo easy and very tasty too. i reduced the chilies and it was perfect, used a mincer to mince all the ingredients and came out perfect. even friends loved it and asked for recipe. we are all addicted to this salsa.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is the first time i am trying chocolate chip cookies and it came out very good.soft and chewy in the center and crispy at the edges. very simple and easy to make. I also freezed it and bake few when i crave for some cookies. Thanks so much for the recipe.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Thanks a lot for the recipe, it was a big hit and everyone asked for the recipe. I added 2 fresh chopped tomatoes instead of canned ones and only 1 chicken breast piece, fresh cilantro. used pinto beans as i didn't have chilli beans. i used dried beans instead of canned ones. soaked it overnight and pressure cooked black beans and pinto beans and then added to the soup. didn't have slow cooker so cooked it on stove for 2 hrs. it was even more good the next day.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Thanks for the recipe, it was moist and tasty.the crumb topping was too good. Next time i will reduce sugar to 1/2 cup instead of 3/4. this is a keeper.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

It was ok, but not a hit. maybe next time i will add some more veggies and try baking it. Used only 1 egg and had no problems in making patties, it held well.will try it again though.

Oatmeal and Wheat Flour Blueberry Pancakes

Too good! tasty as well as healthy, this recipe is a keeper.i too used old fashioned oats, i just powdered it coarsely and added only 1 1/4 tbsp baking powder and still it was good and fluffy. added whole milk instead of soy milk. Thanks for the recipe!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Thanks for the recipe, it is too good. very easy and quick. The only problem i had was to roll out the dough , is there any trick to roll it out neatly, everytime i roll it , it stretches and comes back smaller. i was not able to make it wider and thinner, mine was thick and small. i am new to pizza making.

Southwestern Egg Rolls

It was very good. I omitted the chicken, baked in oven for 15 mins, the part which was in bottom was soft but the top part was crisp. maybe next time i will add chicken and fry it for better taste, but this is a keeper. thanks for the great recipe.

Strawberry Jam

Thankyou for such a great recipe. I am trying my hand in making jam for the first time and it is soo yummy. I let it boil for more time and it became little thick, not runnyas others said. I am going to buy some more strawberries and make more jam and freeze them.Now who needs store bought jam.

Yummmy! This soup recipe is GREAT! My hubby came home for lunch especially for this soup. it was that good and is a definately keeper. I didn't use chicken broth just added water and used dried herbs as i didn't have fresh. next time i will use fresh herbs and am sure it will be even better. Thanks for such a great recipe

Mocha Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Yummy! it is very good, little sweetish, i added only 2 bananas and 1/4 cup of mini chocolate morsels and sprinkled walnuts on the top. I baked them in loaf pan and it took longer time to cook, next time will bake them in muffin pans, will surely try it again, but will reduce the sugar.

Kulfi

I tried this recipe for a potluck and everyone enjoyed it, it was like icecream, too sweetish for my taste, but it is not like the traditional kulfi taste. i tried it with whole wheat bread and guests liked it, but white bread was more better. not like kulfi but a very easy and good recipe. i also added little saffron.

Banana Banana Bread

I made this banana bread yesterday, it tastes good, but i felt it was more of banana, i reduced the banana to 2 cups but still felt more of banana. i added walnuts and vanilla essence as others had mentioned it here. it was still gooey in the center after baking for 1 hr, so i wrapped it in foil and kept for 5 more minutes. may be i will try another recipe next time.
