High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
I can't give it 5 stars, because it ended up being tough on the inside. Maybe I did something wrong. I might try again with a smaller piece of meat.

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction
My husband enjoyed the lamb chops. He said don't bother next time with the balsamic reduction. I don't eat lamb and tried the sauce, I didn't care for it either, but I didn't have a good aged balsamic vinegar. I went out and bought it and will try it for next time.

Juicy Roasted Chicken
It was tender and juicy! So easy to make. I used to cut up onions and put around chicken and in the cavity. I can eliminate that step. It actually tastes better with onion power instead. Even my husband liked it!
