This was good, but I feel like something is missing...followed the recipe, except for putting the egg in. Other posters said that wasn't needed, but maybe it was...

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
great basic starting place. i throw cumin in, and substitute hominy for the corn. cut tortillas into matchsticks and fry them in olive oil to make a crunchy topping, along with shredded cheese, sour cream, and avocado. Yum! My 7 yr old loved it.

Chicken Stew With Coconut Milk
It was okaaaayyy...there was something missing, though. I doubled the curry after tasting it, added some chili powder and salt, still a little bland. One day later it was a little better. Two days later it improved some more. I'm still wondering what is missing??!!
