Corn and Chicken Chowder

Way, way too much thyme. It actually ruined the whole pot. Otherwise, it probably would have been ok.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Outstanding! I only used half of the bottle of sauce mixed with one cup of the broth to retain the flavor of the pork.
