Amazingly Good Eggnog
This was my first time ever making eggnog. I was upset last night when I made it and I didn't read the recipe properly. I mixed the cream with the milk in the beginning of the recipe. Oh well. I decided to continue on and took it to work with me the next day. Despite my mishap everyone loved it. My co-workers were asking me for the recipe. I have to say it was still good and I will make this again, only when I'm in a good mood. ;)

Caribbean-Spiced Roast Chicken
My family thought this was good. DH says it tasted like Jerk chicken with out the heat.I used chicken parts instead of a whole chicken and cooked it for 1hr at 350 degrees. I will try this again with a whole chicken.

Old Plantation Rolls
I've never made rolls before. I didn't have all the right equipment (told hubby I need a kitchenaid)and it still came out pretty well. I will make it again with the kitchenaid of course!
