Zucchini Boats on the Grill
I followed the recipe exactly how stated and thought it turned out well. A different side dish with lots of flavor and a great way to use Zucchini.

Raspberry Custard Kuchen
Just made this today for my husband's birthday. He loves raspberries so it was a definite hit. Everyone at the celebration loved it. Used fresh raspberries from the farmers market. Will for sure make this again.
