Baked Basil Fries
I use the skeleton of this recipe to make fries of all kinds - depending on what flavor mood I'm in. One of my favorites just uses oo and lawry's season salt when I'm in a salt-feind mood. I find they come out much less greasy and unhealthy than when I pan-fry them.

Fish Chowder II
It was OK. The milk and water didn't really blend well, making it look a little unappetizing, and the cook times didn't seem long enough as my very small potato cubes still weren't very soft, and it was bland. Definately would need to add to it to make it good.

Pasta with Yogurt Sauce
I hated this. I thought it would be a good use for the yogurt left over from when I made curry. It was sour tasting, I added as many "sweet" herbs as I could think of and a little honey to the sauce. I won't make this again.
