Shrimp Scampi Bake

As others had suggested, I added a touch of Old Bay and upped the garlic (which I generally do with any recipe). However, I still found this kind of bland and rubbery. Since it wasn't any easier, faster or better than traditional scampi, I doubt I'll make it again.

Spinach Garlic Pasta

This was SOOOOO easy! It's going to be a go-to side dish, or maybe even a main meal, if you toss in some shrimp or cut up chicken. I topped it with Parmesean cheese.

3-Cheese Mostaccioli Bolognese

SO easy! Hubby LOVED it. I added chopped onion to the minced garlic. I upped the garlic and the cheese (after all, is there such a thing as too much cheese?). Didn't have a casserole this size so I used a 9x13" baking pan.
