Cinnamon Sugar Biscotti
I'm giving this four stars only because I will make these again and the final taste was very good, however, I didn't enjoy the process too much. They were not that easy to make. The dough was really soft and difficult to handle. I lost much of it in the process and ws left with lots of crumbs....I'll try one more time...perhaps I missed something

Banana Banana Bread
Very good. Made it the first time just as is. The second time, I doubled the recipe, reduced the flour by 1/3 and replaced it with a combination of ground flaxseeds, wheat germ and oats and made them into muffins. Husband and son loved them. Very moist recipe. Definatly a good starting base that allows for modifications to your liking.
