I love to cook, maybe one day I will start a catering business. I have many nieces and nephews that I spoil until I have my own children. I like to do arts and craft.
My favorite things to cook
I have many favorites. But if I had to choose to make in a cooking contest to cook is Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo, Banana Cake and Peach Cobbler.
My favorite family cooking traditions
The Sunday dinners. My mother taught my siblings and I how to cook at a young age. As we were perfecting our cooking skills my mother suggested that the family will take turns making Sunday dinner. Now that we are on our own, we still meet up at my parents home on Sunday a take turns cooking dinner.
My cooking triumphs
My cooking triumphs is that I mastered making pound cakes without the cake falling.
My cooking tragedies
Today this day I still afraid to my homemade biscuits. I was 16 when I decided to make homemade biscuits with Sunday dinner. The dinner came out great but the biscuit came out to a golden brown and hard as a brick.
