I am a Mission Corps volunteer in the Philippines with my husband. I spend most of my time with my 3 wonderful kids and help out when I am needed. I also teach art classes at a local street kids home. At this point, I usually cook what my kids will eat, but when I am bored of that, I love pasta and desserts and almost anything that uses a generous amount of whipping cream. My greatest tragedy was when I accidentally used a cup of salt instead of a cup of sugar in the Strawberry Pretzel Salad I took to the Thanksgiving potluck last year. By the time I took it off the table, half of it was gone already.
