Real Hummus
This recipe was really easy to make and the seasonings were just right. I left all the liquid from the can of chick peas so it ended up really thin but I like it this way. I like the fact that this is a lower fat version of hummus and the taste is great.

Whole Wheat Honey Bread
Wow!! I made this last night and it came out perfect. I followed the advice of other people who had tried it and I used 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat bread flour and 1 1/2 cups of bread flour, and I used 1/8 cup of milk and deducted it from the water instead of the dried milk. I also sprinkled some sugar on top of the yeast- this seems to help it rise a little bit more. This bread was light and tasted great. I will be making this on a regular basis.

Pearl Baked Cream Onions
I made this for Thanksgiving and it was incredible! It is extremely rich so I will not be making it on a regular basis but is great for holidays when you don't mind the extra calories! I usually make creamed onions with cream of mushroom soup so this was a nice treat.
