Easy Rhubarb Jam
We love this recipe - I made this last year for family, friends, gifts, and for us. Received great comments from all and requests for the recipe. My dad and nephew are continually wanting to trade their empty jelly jars for a new full one. I too have substituted 1 cup frozen, unsweetened fruit (to match whatever jello I'm using) for pineapple for variations. Thank you - I'll be using this as my standard rhubarb & fruit recipe. Thanks

Baked Ziti IV
I mostly followed the recipe - used polish sausage in place of the other sausage (it's what I had). We had family over for dinner and most everyone (excluding the youngest two) gives this recipe 5 stars. My niece says, "It was really yummy! It's my new favorite dinner in the world." Thanks!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
Great recipe! I took this for a Thanksgiving gathering and everyone RAVED about it. I didn't do the lattice crust - I'm not very good at them. But I also reserved a bit of the syrup, poured the rest over the apples, put the top crust on, "pricked" the top, and then poured the reserved amount of syrup over the top. I too would mention to watch/cover the top as it gets very dark b/c of the sugary syrup.
