Brown Sugar Meatloaf
This is the BEST meatloaf I have EVER tasted. My family said this was their favorite new dinner! I followed the recipe to a T with the exception of the ginger, which I omitted. The amount of seasonings are perfect and the rich sauce that is transformed from the brown sugar and ketchup is DIVINE! There is enough sauce by putting it in the bottom, you don't need to add more. Check it that way first or it may be too sweet for you. I baked it in a silicone baking pan and inverted the loaf after cooking onto a serving platter and the sauce covers the entire top of the loaf. This is one recipe I will be making OFTEN. The ONLY think I may do next time is to add a touch of green pepper.
