It's a challenge to find a recipe for dinner that will please both the adults and the kids! It doesn't happen often,,but when it does...woo hoo! When we lived in Connecticut, there were several Mexican restaurants we loved. Here in the Toronto area, we haven't found many authentic Mexican joints. I've learned to whip up some amazing enchiladas and tacos to tide us over til we find the perfect spot. My side of the family is french canadian, so when I found some recipes for tourtiere, it was a big hit among my parents. The chicken cordon bleu II is AMAZING! It was a HUGE hit with my husband, and it's easy with few ingredients. I've tried many recipe websites, and I always come back to allrecipes.com The feedback is tried and true, and extremely helpful. My mother never cooked, so I didn't learn how to until I got married. My poor husband had to endure many frozen burrito dinners until I got the hang of it!
