Chicken Pecan Quiche

This recipe was bland for my husband and I. I did add 1 tsp salt and also needed to add 2 more eggs and 1/2 C milk to fill my deep dish pie pan. It needed a vegie for color and to cut the richness. Perhaps a little diced red pepper or some peas?

Simple BBQ Ribs

LOVED it! And so did my husband and kids, too. I ended up using more than a bottle of bbq sauce. Every 30 min or so I would peel back the foil and add more.

Mexican Pork Chops

Good. But rather plain, most likely because I made w/out chilis and used canned, peeled tomotoes rather than stewed. Well, that's what I had in the pantry... The chops were VERY tender. I did add a teaspoon of dried coriander- not even detectable.
