Spicy Black Bean Cakes
I made this recipe for a dinner party and these were a huge hit. I served them with grilled halibut and homemade mango salsa. It was the perfect flavor combination.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I
These are always a hit. The trick is to take them out of the oven while they are still a little soft. Once they are cool, they are the perfect combination of crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle.

Green Velvet Soup
I will definately make this again. Very healthy and delicious. I also added some hot sauce which gave it some punch.
