Deb's Scallops Florentine
I really love this- it is a regular for me..I sometimes lighten it up(for calories sake)using fat free half and half & a little cornstarch too help thicken..This also works wonderfully with haddock or with chicken breasts( I brown them lightly in a pan first)..We like a lot of sauce to serve over rice so sometimes I double..Yum.. Thanks!

Tim's Sausage Stew
Hmm..I made this because it got so many rave reviews..It was good but not OMG 5 stars - I probably should have read others suggestions in detail but was rushing..This is definitely more of a soup- I like a little more substance. I would consider making again w/others suggestions. Thanks!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
This was delicious..I recommend doubling sauce & also cooking separately if you like a crispy breast..definitely wrap the cheese in the ham as another suggested, as this keeps it from leaking out.
