Mom's Zucchini Bread
I liked this! I bake gluten free and it worked fine with gluten free flour. I also used applesauce instead of oil. It was very moist and delicious. :)

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Fantastic! I used gluten free flour and it came out perfect, which doesn't always work for gluten free! Also used fresh pureed pumpkin and left out one egg. I'm hooked!
