Cook a lot of chicken. My wife doesn't eat pork or red meat, so I usually cook with chicken, turkey, or fish. Thanksgiving is my favorite time of year. We always have dinner at my parents' house, but I usually cook all the turkeys. I do one in the oven, and I deep fry one about 2 hours before we eat. There is nothing better than waking up Thanksgiving Day to the smell of a turkey cooking in the oven.
