Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
wow...i LOVED this recipe. it was so super good. it's nice to FINALLY find an oatmeal cookie recipe that doesn't go all flat. i definitely recommend making these. they are light and fluffy...a little crumbly, but it's okay, more for the munching :)

Stuffed Mushrooms II
i didn't really like this recipe, although i think i might have if the mushrooms had been fried or something previously, and the stuffing as well. it was too mushy for me.
