My favorite things to cook
I love cooking Mexican dishes as well as things that are visually appealing. Nowadays my focus is on low-glycemic cooking for the most part. I especially love experimenting with different flours (chickpea, almond meal...).
My cooking triumphs
Anytime I make a new dish and my husband loves it, THAT is a triumph for me :)
My cooking tragedies
Oddly enough, I have trouble flipping foods in the pan. So anytime I attempt to make pancakes, for example, that's pretty much a tragedy in itself.
