Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Excellent!!! My 10 year old son loves buffalo chicken and this was a huge hit with him. I toped it with blue cheese dressing. It was delicious. Thanks for a great recipe

Asian Roll Lettuce Wrap

These were awesome. Even my picky 7 year old daughter ate them. I added chili garlic sauce to the meat mixture. Only a bit though. Very good healthy and easy dinner meal. I bet these would be great made on a smaller scale and used as appetizers.

Delicious. I cooked it for about 2 hours then added the gingersnaps and sliced the beef and added it back into the sauce. Cooked it for another hour. It was wonderful.

Old Fashioned Onion Rings

Excellent!!!! I just finish making them. The only problem that I had was that I kept eating them as they came out. I am going to make another batch in a bit to serve with dinner tonight. I also made the blooming onion dipping sauce from this site which was great.

Excellent salad!!!! My sister made this last night and it was delicious. I made it again today but had to modify it slightly based on what I had in the house (apples and almonds) but it still was delicious. I plan on making this quite often.

These cookies were good. I made them for a girl scout cookie swap. I think it is a great basic cookie but does need something else to enhance it. Maybe rolling the cooking in some nuts before baking would be great.

Sweet Potato Casserole II

This was delicious. I made it yesterday, but unfortunately did not have any pecans, so I had to modify it with what I had on hand. It still came out great. I plan on making this again for Thanksgiving and making sure to use the pecans. I bet it will be even better.

Salisbury Steak

Delicious. My husband loved this dish. It went over great with the kids as well. I did follow some suggestions and cut out the ketchup. I added 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Will definately be making this again.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Delicious. I have made this a number of times already. My kids love it. Instead of putting the brown sugar and ketchup on the bottom, I mix half of it into the meat mixture and them put the other half on top of the meat to give it a nice glaze.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Excellent Apple Pie recipe!! I used Cameo apples that my family and I picked this weekend. The sauce was wonderful. This is going to be my new apple pie recipe. I did add some cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla as suggested from others. Wonderful. Thanks for sharing such a great recipe.

Pizza Casserole
