This was a great quick supper idea! My family loved it. I used chili w/out beans, and cooked the hot dogs first. There was enough chil left over in the pan to make chili cheese fries! Will put in the make again file.

Meaty Buns Casserole

This was a GREAT quick and easy recipe! My husband liked it, and suggested using a pizza blend of cheese instead of just the cheddar. He said to put this in the "make again" stack.

Easy Beef and Rice

This was pretty good, reminded me of the beef & rice casserole I make on the stove. Instead of cream of celery soup, I used cheddar cheese soup, and tasted pretty good, family said to add to the "maybe again" pile of recipes.

Tater Taco Casserole

Sounded better than it tasted!! Was not one of the better recipes I have tried from this site. Followed the directions, and substituted cheddar cheese soup for nacho cheese (per a recommendation from other reviewers), and the tater tots did not get crisp after cooking for the specified 30-35 minutes, ended up turning on the broiler. Hopefully it will turn out better for everyone else.

Pizza Pasta

This was a quick and easy recipe, and the family enjoyed it! I sprinkled Parmesan cheese on top after it came out of the oven, and my husband actually ate 2 helpings, and so did my daughter (aka Miss Picky). Will keep in my "make again" recipe box!

Enchiladas

Since we love to eat Mexican, i fixed this, and my husband actually said that he liked it! Will fix again in the near future, but will probably cut back on the yogurt, husband said it was a little overpowering! Tastes even better when you reheat the leftovers!! :)

Cheeseburger Meatloaf

I made this for my family (husband is Mr. Meat & Potato), and they loved it! I used oats instead of the bread crumbs and drizzled ketchup over the top of the meatloaf during the last 20-30 minutes to make a crust. My 5 yr. old daughter who is "Miss Picky" acutally asked me for a 2nd helping!

Amish Casserole

Really liked the casserole, but husband (Mr. Meat & Potatoes) did not. I used shredded cheddar cheese in place of the American cheese slices, and sprinkled Parmesan cheese over top before serving. Daughter (5 yrs old), who is picky eater, ate the casserole and asked for a second helping, so will consider making again when husband is out of town.

Aunt Fannie's Dinner

This is a great meal idea... I have a husband who likes to have meat at about every meal, and this was a big hit!!! I love the fact that it's quick and easy, and I don't spend hours in the kitchen. I serve it with a vegetable.

Li'l Cheddar Meat Loaves

This was a great recipe, have been looking for different recipes to fix for my family (hubby getting tired of same old stuff), and we were very pleased with the results, there were leftovers for my husband to take to work the next day.
