Fabulous recipe! My guests could not get enough. Of course tenderloin is a bit expensive but worth it for those special occasions!

The only issue I had with this cake was that the mousse did not firm up as much as I had hoped. Next time I will probably use just a little less water. As for the taste...it was delicious. I took it to work and got many rave reviews! A co-worker just asked me today if I would make it again for them!
