Meatloaf With A Bite
Fantastic! I used about 1.5 pounds of ground beef, Pace Chunky Salsa (Medium Hot) and Pepper Jack cheese. Since I used a little extra meat, I utilized an entire package of ground up Saltines and a heaping 1/4 Cup of the Parmesan and Peper Jack Cheese. Very tasty.

Aunt Cora's World's Greatest Cookies
Very nice cookie, used mini chips rather than standard chocolate chips, turned out very well...

Best Ever Pie Crust
Easy to make for the novice, I had not made a pie dough prior to this one...nice and flaky...I used butter flavored shortening...
