Fresh Tomato Salad
Love this and it's great for South Beach dieters. I used dried basil and added some fat free feta & cannelini beans. Also used red wine vinegar since I like the flavor better & a little EVOO.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
Made this last night and it was a big hit!! Used 3 lbs pork butt roast which worked great in this recipe. I used hickory smoked BBQ sauce and finished it off in the crockpot. This is my favorite BBQ recipe by far.
