Fish Tacos
This recipe is the closest thing I have found to authentic Baja Fish Tacos that I have found! The batter turns out perfect. I didn't use the recipe sauce though. We always just take some sour cream and add chipotle adobo sauce to your desired heat and add a little fresh squeeze of lime on top! Perfecto!
