Linguine with Clams in Saffron Alfredo Sauce
There were no fresh clams at the store so I used the canned ones; I will have to try to get fresh clams next time. As I made it, it was a little bland. It was okay though.

White Chili II
This was a really good recipe! It wasn't hot enough, so I might try leaving some of the jalapeno seeds or add one more. Everyone that tried it thought it was really good!

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ
So good! The meat just melted in my mouth. I added a little Liquid Smoke to give it a little extra flavor.
