Cream Cheese Coffee Cake I
This rises high and gets very fluffy. It's also very yummy but isn't as sweet as I thought it'd be. I used dried cranberries instead of the raisens, and chocolate chips as well.

Pear-a-dise Muffins
Replaced pears with 2 cups blueberries--didn't use nutmeg or cinnamon. Added half a cup brown sugar and 1 tbsp vanilla to liquid mixture. Good!

Perogies
I just used the dough portion of this recipe. I didn't find it to be too sticky; it was easy and manageable. It went great with a garlic mashed potato filling and fried with onions.
