Easy Polenta with Tomato Sauce
Very easy and good. I omited the sauce due to the other food that I was serving and this was still good.

Whole-Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies
Awesome. My husband is a self-proclaimed chocolate cookie expert and could not tell that these had whole wheat in them.
