Bread Pot Fondue
I loved this! I actually can't say enough good things about it. I made my own loaf of bread to use as a bread bowl for a party and served this in it. I substituted chopped up jalapenos for the green chiles. I used a canned ham because I didn't have a real ham around. It was amazing. Everyone loved it. I think I'm going to make this for every party we have from now on.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
I made this exactly to the recipe and it turned out great. When I was putting in the onion I was thinking it was too much, but it cooked down great and actually added a bit of sweetness. I will definitely make this again. I think it'd be great with some bacon or chopped ham added to it. A good basic recipe that could be changed around a lot depending on what you want to do with it.

Best Ever Caramel Apple Crisp
This was a little too sweet for me but got rave reviews from everyone else. It would be great with vanilla ice cream to cut down the sweetness of the caramel a little bit.
