Creamy Hot Cocoa
Instead of regular cocoa powder, use a mix of dark and regular. It's truly awesome.

A-Maize-ing Corn Chowder
Either use 2 really large or 3 to 4 smaller potatoes. Use the liquid from the can of corn as part of the water for the potatoes. If it comes out soupy, add a few instant mashed potatoes for thickener.

Quick Quiche
This is just awesome and quick. My family loves quiche but doesn't like the crust. This is the perfect fix. You don't need to change anything except to season to taste. If you are a bit heavy with the bacon and cheese, you may need to add more eggs/milk to cover. We do sometimes add steamed veges.
