I'm giving it a 3 just because my husband liked it, however I did not. It could be several things: I bought Marsala wine as suggested by others, but my store only had one brand. Maybe it wasn't a great one. I didn't care for the "slime" coating the flour gives. It was essentially tasteless to me. I think overall it was lacking something. Honestly I have never had Marsala chicken, so maybe it's just me and I don't care for it.

Creamy Dill Cucumber Toasties

Holy cannoli these are fab! Loved it and all the people in my household and a few friends are addicted! I love the recipe just as it is but seeing how good they are I am using reduced fat mayo and cream cheese next time to cut the guilt factor...

Midnight Rum

I make these all the time with Tommy Bahama light rum and Sprite. The Sprite makes it light and refreshing. The grenadine makes it look like a Shirley Temple. So good by the pool!

Stuffed Pork Chops III

I really liked the flavor and the general idea...but it reminded me too much of Thanksgiving. The whole family agreed that although it was good, they prefer to have stuffing and white meat on Thanksgiving.

World's Best Lasagna

It is truely wonderful, except.....WAY TOO MUCH SALT! I made the recipe to the chef's specifications. I give it 5 stars, because it is awesome, but will omit the salt. The canned items and the sausage give it plenty.

Baked Potato Soup

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Very good. I used Chuck Roast. I accidentally put in chicken broth and thought I had ruined it. Followed it up with a Ziegenbock (dark Texas) beer and beef stock...and it turned out wonderfully. Next time I will be sure to omit the chicken broth...lol

Spinach Enchiladas Verde

Not my kind of recipe. I think it was the corn tortillas. It fell apart when serving. Maybe try it again but with flour tortillas. On the bland side, needs spices or chicken.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Ok I made this last week now all my husbands friends are bringing me apples and pie crusts...I have made 4 pies already. Needless to say it's wonderful but I'm tired of peeling apples already!

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

This was great! Based on another review I did the recipe exactly like it states but dipped the rolls into egg and lightly breaded with Italian bread crumbs. Hubby and I loved it! Thanks!!!!
