Pineapple Cake II
Next time I'll make and use about half of the butter sauce since it drowned out the pineapple flavor and made the cake WAY too rich and fattening.

Gooey Cherry Bars
Delicious! I will definitely make them again. I probably over baked the crust, it never turned brown. So they weren't very "gooey" but the flavor was excellent.

Chicken Enchilada Soup I
Easy to prepare but the soup pot was a mess to clean up since the tortillas stuck to the bottom of the pot. The taste was too rich -- possibly using milk instead of half&half would help but I'll continue my search for the ultimate tortilla soup recipe.
