Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
I followed the recipe exactly and while I liked this, it wasn't the most amazing recipe in the world. The next time, I'd use butter instead of oil, brown sugar for a more "molassey" flavor, and use a little more salt.

Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies
THESE COOKIES ARE CRAZY GOOD. I never thought Toll House could be improved but try this recipe and you'll never make the original again.

Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
Two thumbs down! Terribly bland and oily. I was disappointed and dumped the whole cake, frosting and all, down the drain. What a waste of time!
