Fairly easy to prepare. I enjoyed this dish a lot. I really enjoyed the citrus flavors. I never really had a pasta and shrimp dish like this before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. This is a good dish to serve in the Spring with a nice glass of Sauvignon Blanc.

Caraway Cheese Ball

This was my first attempt at making a cheese ball. (Always wondered how they were done.) I found this to be a very easy recipe and it turned out really well. The cheese ball received numerous compliments as well.

Quinoa with Chickpeas and Tomatoes

Ham Broccoli Braid

I enjoyed this recipe and it's easy to adapt to what you have on hand. I followed the suggestion from other reviewers and steamed the broccoli before. I also substituted cheddar cheese. I will definitely make this again and again.

Baked Mac and Cheese for One

This is a wonderful recipe that I have made several times. I have followed the recipe exactly and I don't feel I need to alter anything. Sometimes if I want a little extra protein, I'll add a little chopped, smoked ham which goes really well with the cheddar.

Asian Noodle Salad

This is a wonderful recipe and very quick and easy to prepare. Shiitake mushrooms weren't available, so I used Cremini mushrooms as suggested. I made this for an event and received rave reviews. I will definitely make this again when I can get the Shiitake mushrooms.

Lemon Grass and Chicken Summer Rolls

This was my first attempt at making a summer roll and they turned out wonderful. I followed the recipe exactly. I thought these were easy to make and I didn't have any problems with the rice paper wrappers. I will definitely make these again.

Easy Vegan Whole Grain Pancakes

I was really impressed by this recipe. I am not a vegan, but I have been looking for a good eggless pancake recipe, and this one is perfect. The texture and consistency turned out just like a regular pancake. I will be making these again.

Pasta Salad II

I loved this pasta salad. I added cherry tomatoes, but followed everything else the same. I felt the tomatoes added more color, interest and flavor. I will definitely make again.

Plum-Glazed Cornish Game Hens

I thought this turned out really well. The plum glaze added a really nice flavor. I might try this again with an apricot glaze. This was my first attempt cooking game hens in the slow cooker and loved the ease and convenience.

Spiced Yogurt Pound Cake

This was my first attempt at a pound cake and I absolutely loved how it turned out. It made the house smell wonderful and I had several people ask me for the recipe. I did reduce the sugar and increase the spices as suggested by others.

Healthier Graham Cracker Crust

I loved how this crust turned out. I was curious if the crust would turn out as well without butter, but I was very impressed. I don't think I'll made a graham cracker crust again with butter.

Easy Chocolate Tofu Pie

I thought this turned out incredible! I did not use the cider, but added coffee liquor instead. I didn't have a problem with the texture, but I made sure that I bought the Silken Tofu sold in a box. I bought the firm. I don't think I would ever make a chocolate pie any other way. Everyone who tried this loved it too and never would have guessed it was made with tofu.

Golden Pumpkin Rolls

These turned out so good. The recipe worked out perfectly for my Christmas dinner, but I would make these again any time of year. The pumpkin adds a delicate flavor and works perfectly for a roll. I will definitely make these again and again.

Baked Pork Spring Rolls

I really liked these, but I think they will be even better as I use the recipe more. I couldn't find Spring Roll wrappers, so I used Wonton Wrappers. I also wasn't sure how full to fill them. Since I finally found Spring Roll wrappers, I will use those next time. The flavor was exceptional though and I found that they froze well.
