Tender Flank Steak
Fantastic, just as it was. I didn't marinate the whole 8 hours, maybe 5 or 6 and it was still perfect!

Pumpkin Cookies VI
This cookie tasted OK, but was a little blah... definately needed more flour, and oatmeal.

Raisin Brown Bread
A little too dense and heavy for my taste. I used light flavored molasses, but it was still a bit strong, it definately overpowered the cinnamon flavor.
