We love this! This is the second time I am making this for my husband and I- I couldn't get enough of it! We made a few changes- 4-5 small potatoes instead of 6, and we used Tofurkey Italian-Style "Sausage" instead of regular sausage, and kale instead of spinach. It is wonderful, reheats well time and again and is delicious. Thanks for our new favorite soup!

Delicious! Served it for guests and it got rave reviews! I added a can of black beans for some substance. The avocado is so delicious as a garnish!

Not only did these make my house smell terrible, they were crunchy on the outside and like mush on the inside.
